Easy & Delicious Kishk Recipe - The Syrian way!

Here you go: 

Ingredients:

4 cups water (1000 ml) 

 1 ½ cup Syrian Kishk powder (225 g) 

½ cup olive oil (125 ml) 

1 large onion, cut into small cubes

7 large garlic cloves, mashed

1 tablespoon dry mint (12.5 g)

1 teaspoon salt (5 g) 

Recipe: 

In a large bowl, add the water, then gradually add the Kishk, and stir until completely dissolved.

On a medium heat, heat half the amount of oil, then add the onion, and stir until it wilts.

Add the water mixture and the Kishk, and stir constantly until the mixture boils.

Add salt and garlic and stir for a minute, then add the mint and stir well.

Add the rest of the olive oil, stir well, then remove from the heat.

Put the Kishk in serving plates, garnish with a little olive oil, then serve hot with bread
